Lead Time
Each bag is made according to the requirements of each customer, such as size, colour combinations and add-ons. This means that we cannot hold stock of finished products. The amount of time to produce and ship out an order depends on the amount of orders pending. The current lead time is 6 business days.
How we ship
- Every order is shipped plastic-free. We keep it simple and low-waste. We don't include any paper notes or coupons. Any information you need will be provided via email. No flimsy plastic or paper packaging. All orders are packaged using corrugated paper boxes.
- All orders are shipped out from our workshop in Peterborough - Ontario.
- All shipments going to US and Canada are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number assigned to your shipment.
- We use UPS, Canpar, Canada Post and USPS to deliver packages.
