Our current production time is 14 business days. If you have any urgency, such as an upcoming trip or special occasion, please let us know when you need your order by and we'll prioritize it in production - no extra cost. By being manufactured in Canada, our products are compliant with the USMCA/CUSMA free trade agreement and therefore they are NOT subject to application of tariffs or duties when entering the United States.
Notice on end of the de minimis program exemption in the US
Shipping labels created from Aug 29th onwards: We cover all expenses and charges related to customs clearance on orders going into the United States. This way you will be charged nothing on delivery and will have a smooth and easy experience, just as if you were receiving a package from within the US.

If your bag has a production-related quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We'll either send you a brand new one or you can choose to receive a full refund.

Caring for your bag
- Machine washable
- Pre-shrunk.
Machine washing instructions:
- Machine wash cold, delicate cycle.
- Wash with alike colours.
- Do not bleach.
- Drying: Hang the bag by its handles in a well-ventilated area and let it air dry completely.
- If needed, iron on medium heat setting.
- This bag is made of pre-shrunk canvas, so expect little to no shrinkage.
