All orders are packed plastic-free with minimum waste. No flimsy plastic envelopes. Your order will be shipped in a proper cardboard box so the contents are well protected.

How we ship

  • Every order is shipped plastic-free. We keep it simple and low-waste. We don't include any paper notes or coupons. Any information you need will be provided via email. No flimsy plastic or paper packaging. All orders are packaged using corrugated paper boxes.

  • All orders are shipped out from our workshop in Peterborough - Ontario.

  • All shipments going to US and Canada are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number assigned to your shipment.

  • We use UPS, Canpar, Canada Post and USPS to deliver packages. 

  

Lead Time

Each bag is made on demand according to its specific requirements of size, colour combinations and add-ons. This means that we cannot hold stock of finished products. Our current production time is 9 business days (updated on Sept 9th, 2024).

If you have any urgency, such as an upcoming trip or special occasion, please let us know by replying to this email and we'll prioritize your order in production.
