Our current production time is 14 business days. If you have any urgency, such as an upcoming trip or special occasion, please let us know when you need your order by and we'll prioritize it in production - no extra cost. You can let us know by adding a note to your order (in the basket page) or by sending us a message.
We're working hard to catch up and go through the orders as fast as we can. Thank you for your understanding!

How we ship

Every order is shipped plastic-free. We keep it simple and low-waste. We don't include any paper notes or coupons. Any information you need will be provided via email. No flimsy plastic or paper packaging. All orders are packaged using corrugated paper boxes.

All orders are shipped out from our workshop in Peterborough - Ontario.

All shipments going to US and Canada are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number assigned to your shipment.

We use UPS, Purolator and Canada Post together with its shipping partners globally to deliver packages.
