How we ship
- Every order is shipped plastic-free. We keep it simple and low-waste. We don't include any paper notes or coupons. Any information you need will be provided via email. No flimsy plastic or paper packaging. All orders are packaged using corrugated paper boxes.
- All orders are shipped out from our workshop in Peterborough - Ontario.
- Orders are produced on demand, and are shipped out within 6 business days (updated in April 3rd, 2024).
- All shipments going to US and Canada are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number assigned to your shipment.
- We use UPS, Canpar or Canada Post to deliver packages.
- Orders addressed to a PO box will be shipped via Canada Post.
