Every bag is made according to the choices of size, colours and add-ons/customizations, so each one is produced as the order comes, meaning we can't hold stock of finished items. As of Feb 21st, 2026: Our current production time is 14 days. If you have any specific urgency, such as an upcoming trip or special occasion, please let us know. We always do what we can to accommodate!
US Tariffs
Updated on Feb 21st, 2026: By being manufactured in Canada, our products are compliant with the USMCA/CUSMA free trade agreement and therefore they are NOT subject to application of tariffs or duties when entering the United States. We pre-pay all expenses and charges related to importing/customs clearance on all orders going into the United States. This way you will be charged nothing on delivery and will have a smooth and easy experience, just as if you were placing an order within the US.

Local Delivery & Pick Up
We provide free local delivery to addresses in Peterborough without a minimum order dollar amount. Postal codes covered: K9H, K9J, K9K and K9L.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our workshop and store located at 212 Hunter St West (Main Floor), Peterborough, ON.
How we ship

Every order is shipped plastic-free. We keep it simple and low-waste. We don't include any paper notes or coupons. Any information you need will be provided via email. No flimsy plastic or paper packaging. All orders are packaged using corrugated paper boxes.

All orders are shipped out from our workshop in Peterborough - Ontario.

All shipments are assigned a tracking number. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number assigned to your shipment.

We use Fedex, UPS, Purolator, DHL and Canada Post, together with their respective shipping partners globally to deliver packages.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes in the United States.
