We try our best to help you make a well-informed online purchase by providing complete information about our products with clear photos and specific technical data. Moreover, returns and exchanges generate a higher carbon footprint, going against the concept of our business. Therefore, returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of items with manufacturing defects.
Our products go through thorough quality inspection after production and are inspected again individually prior to being shipped. These procedures allow us to make sure no bags with manufacturing defects are sent out to our customers. Still, we do advise you to inspect the items upon receipt.
If a defect is identified, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment to send an email to email@example.com with description of the defect together with clear picture(s) showing it. Please make sure you include the order number in the email, and note that we may ask for additional information.
If we conclude that the item in question does present a manufacturing defect, you can choose one of the following:
- To receive full refund for the amount related to the defected item(s), including shipping fees you may have paid for it. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days;
- To receive store credit for the amount related to the item, including shipping fees you may have paid for it.

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped out. You will receive a notification via email when your order is shipped out.
