Returns:
If your bag has a production-related quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We'll either send you a brand new one or you can choose to receive a full refund. If there is no production-related quality issue, orders are final sale.
Caring for your bag
This bag is made to withstand machine washing. However, we recommend to wash it by hand in order to avoid unnecessary abrasion of the fabric fibres and reach a more delicate result. We recommend spot cleaning the bag for as long as you can before completely washing it, in order to maintain its sturdiness.
Spot cleaning instructions:
- Marks:
- Depending on the type of mark, you may be able to get rid of it by rubbing a white eraser.
- For tougher marks, damp a cloth with a solution of water and mild detergent and rub area in circular motion.
- Oily stains: Apply 3% hydrogen peroxide (commonly found in pharmacies). Rub stained area in circular motion using dry cloth. Start with a small amount and increase as needed until desired result is achieved.
Hand washing instructions:
- Fill up a sink or basin with a solution of water and mild detergent.
- Push bag into the solution gently using your two hands, making sure water reaches all surfaces of the bag.
- Brush areas with accentuated dirt or marks.
- Do not bleach.
- Drying:
- Use a towel to pat dry the bag. Remove any spots of water accumulation and flatten wrinkled spots.
- Hang the bag by its handles in a well-ventilated area and let it air dry completely.
Machine washing instructions:
- Machine wash cold, delicate cycle. You may need to run the bag through two or even three cycles in the first time you wash the bag, as canvas is water repellent when new.
- Do not bleach.
- Drying: Hang the bag by its handles in a well-ventilated area and let it air dry completely.
- If needed, iron on medium heat setting.
- As this bag is mainly made of unprocessed 100% cotton canvas, expect 10% to 15% shrinkage of the undyed parts.

as a bag, it is very functional for day to day stuff..even for travel. I had intended this bag to be my pickleball bag so I requested that one of the external pockets could fit at least 1 paddle as I wanted to carry shoes inside the bag. They must've forgotten to do this :(

I’m always looking for the perfect tote. For me that means, sturdy handles, open top, open center, and large pockets. The amiga plus is my perfect tote. It’s large enough that I can carry everything I need, but not so big it looks like I’m carrying around a weekend bag (although you could certainly use it for that) I added a different color to the bottom and more interior pockets and I am super happy with the bag and my modifications. It shipped when it was supposed to, and arrived on time. The quality is exactly as I was Expecting and I’ve had LOTS of compliments on it. Friends at work have even grabbed it to show it off to their friends and family. Super pleased with my purchase and I look forward to getting lots more use out of this awesome bag!
Amazing quality, sturdy material. I got mostly every detail except the snaps (but wish I got those too.) They customized the length of the crossbody strap to my specifications. Can’t say enough good things about it. Might need another ;)
I love my new bag. I chose the yellow with a green bottom and it looks great. It seems to be well made and roomy enough to hold a lot. It did take a little bit longer than expected to arrive, but I certainly have no complaints about the bag.

This bag is fantastic. The quality is exceptional. Until you use it you don't realize how awesome all the extra pockets are. I do wish there was a zippered pocket, but other than that, perfection.
Ordered the amiga plus with extra exterior pockets, snaps and added shoulder strap. It’s amazing quality and a chic carry all for my kids stuff. And love the compartments to keep my things, and like sanitizer close at hand. Love it, will def be ordering more!
I had been thinking about getting this bag for a year. One day, I realized that it has an optional strap to attach to a suitcase, which made me want it even more. I love that it stands on its own, making it easy to put things in and take them out. The size is just right, and the material feels durable, which is really important to me. The color (Morning Glory and Coffee) is beautiful as well.
Right now, we’re using it as our kid’s swimming bag, but I’m also looking forward to using it as a diaper bag and for traveling. Thank you!
