Our current production time is 14 business days. By being manufactured in Canada, our products are compliant with the USMCA/CUSMA free trade agreement and therefore they are NOT subject to application of tariffs or duties when entering the United States.
Notice on end of the de minimis program exemption in the US
Shipping labels created from Aug 29th onwards: We cover all expenses and charges related to customs clearance on orders going into the United States. This way you will be charged nothing on delivery and will have a smooth and easy experience, just as if you were receiving a package from within the US.

Notice on Canada Post Strike
As of Sept 26th, 2025: We DO NOT use Canada Post to ship out orders, so rest assured the latest strike will not affect your order. We use UPS, Purolator and DHL only.

If your bag has a production-related quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We'll either send you a brand new one or you can choose to receive a full refund.
Caring for your bag
Hand wash.
Instructions:
- Fill up a sink or basin with a solution of water and mild detergent.
- Push piece into the solution gently, making sure water reaches all surfaces.
- Brush areas with accentuated dirt or marks.
- Do not bleach.
- Drying:
- Use a towel to pat dry.
- Hang in a well-ventilated area and let it air dry completely.
- If needed, iron on medium heat setting.
- As this piece is mainly made of unprocessed 100% cotton canvas, expect 10% to 15% shrinkage.
